Hey everyone. We are trying to get our shirts in but due to the weather we have had issues getting our designs and test shirts in for final approvals and pressing. We are working diligently to get our final design approved and in turn our first batch pressed. Thanks for the understanding!
We have added our first batch of Fitted T-Shirts to the Texas Racing store. If you do not see your size listed please send us an email at administrator@texasracing.org and we will check our inventory. Thank you for your support and stay tuned for some more great merchandise.
In the wake of Kyle Busch's nasty wreck in Saturday's Xfinity Series race at Daytona International Speedway, which sidelined him indefinitely with leg and foot fractures, many of the sport's top drivers called on NASCAR to implement SAFER barriers at all tracks.
While NASCAR has made strides since 2001 to install the softer SAFER barriers, there are still locations at some tracks that remain concrete, including the long stretch of wall Busch hit in Saturday's race.

"I don't want to say anything wrong. But I think we're to the point now in NASCAR we should have SAFER barriers at a place like this, we're going so fast. I think we could probably afford it," Ty Dillon said after learning of Busch's injury. "I hate to hear anybody in our sport getting hurt. We've advanced so far in safety, we shouldn't be having any crazy, bad injuries.
"So hope he's all right. But, yeah, I know if it was me, I would want a SAFER barrier there if I got hurt in a spot," he said.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Kurt Busch lost his final NASCAR appeal Saturday night to get his indefinite suspension rescinded prior to the Daytona 500, the sport's biggest race that is set to go green Sunday afternoon.

NASCAR suspended the Stewart-Haas Racing driver Friday after the release of a Kent County (Delaware) Family Court commissioner opinion that detailed why he believed Busch had committed an act of domestic violence against ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll.

Busch lost his initial appeal to a three-member NASCAR-appointed panel Saturday afternoon and then made an appeal Saturday night to NASCAR Final Appeals Officer Bryan Moss. A former president of Gulfstream who was named as NASCAR's top appeals boss in 2014, Moss had not ruled on any final appeal until Saturday night.

"We are unhappy with the latest decision to deny our re-appeal, but we will continue to exhaust every procedural and legal remedy we...
The rise, fall and resurgence of the Chevrolet Camaro’s engine output represents the American automotive industry’s change in its thirst for performance. A new infographic released by Chevrolet shows the Camaro’s power has ranged from a low of 88 horsepower to a peak of 580 in the new ZL1, a result of the oil embargo-influenced 1970s.

The Camaro hit the American market in 1967 with Chevrolet’s inline-six cylinder engine on offer, delivering up to 140 horsepower and 220 lb-ft of torque. Higher-performing models were also available with a range of V8 engines, including a 200 horsepower 307 Small Block and 375 horsepower 396 Big Block. Don’t forget the 427 cubic-inch COPOs, either.

Things changed a bit in the ’70s, however. Regulatory changes, including the switch to unleaded fuel for lower emissions, forced engineers to reduce engine compression, horsepower and torque for the Camaro. The model’s output peaked in 1970 with 375 hp and 415 lb-ft, but by 1975 the most powerful V8...
